Update Airfield Marking and Signage (Project No. 856-000-8800/50237-856-4150)
In general, the work to be done under this contract consists of updating markings and signage at the Chico Municipal Airport to comply with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) standards. This work shall be constructed in accordance with details as shown on the plans and described in the specifications for this project. All the work to be performed under this contract shall be completed within thirty (30) working days of receipt of a written Notice to Proceed.
A pre-bid conference will be held on August 13, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., at 747 Fortress Street, Chico, California. All interested bidders are invited to attend.
The City of Chico will receive sealed bids for this project at the Capital Project Services Department, located at the Chico Municipal Center, Second Floor, 411 Main Street, Chico, CA (mailing address: PO Box 3420, Chico, CA 95927), until 2:00 p.m. August 23, 2012, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
