Successor Agency to the Chico Redevelopment Agency
The Chico Redevelopment Agency was dissolved as of February 1, 2012, pursuant to the terms of Part 1.85 (commencing with Section 34170) of Division 24 of the Health & Safety Code. The City of Chico, acting as the successor agency to the Chico Redevelopment Agency, is winding down the affairs of the Chico Redevelopment Agency in accordance with the law.
