One Administrative Analyst, one Administrative Assistant and a partime Office Assistant provide administrative support for the Fire Department.
An Administrative Analyst provides budget, data, grant writing and analytical support to the Chief Officers. The position also supports the Training & Prevention Bureau, issues all permits, prepares specialized reports, and organizes statistical data. The position also coordinates all activities for the Prevention & Life Safety Bureau including its educational programs and all deparrtment approved training.
An Administrative Assistant serves as the Department Secretary. The position is responsible for accounts payable/receivable, payroll, records management, reports, and clerical support to the Chief Officers.
The Office Assistant serves as the face of the Department at the public counter, assists with clerical responsibilities, covers in the absence of the Administrative Assistant and assists with one-time specific projects.
