• Ordinance 2439 "ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICO AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO STRUCTURE OF CITY DEPARTMENTS AND CITY ADMINISTRATION" was adopted by Council on April 16, 2013 and becomes effective May 16, 2013.
• Resolution 19-13 "RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICO AMENDING VARIOUS SECTIONS OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO STRUCTURE OF CITY DEPARTMENTS AND CITY ADMINISTRATION" was adopted on April 16, 2013 and became effective upon adoption.
